Trotech began operations in 1993, initially to serve the paper and pulp industry.  Over the years, the name Trotech has become synonymous with excellence in the design, manufacture and installation of bulk storage tanks, pressure vessels and fired heaters for a number of industries. 

In 2008 Trotech became a subsidiary of the Elgin Group.
